Unpaid orders, followed up on their own.
What it does
An order that stays unpaid usually ends one of two ways: the stock hold expires, or the customer simply forgets. Payment Reminders adds a third option: a short sequence of reminder emails that runs itself.
Nothing sends on install. Automation stays off until you turn it on, and orders that existed before your cutoff stay untouched until you preview and confirm a backfill.

- Up to four reminder steps, each with its own delay, subject, and body
- Eligibility rules by status, payment gateway, amount, and order age
- Dry-run preview before automation, and an explicit backfill for old orders
- Stops automatically the moment an order is paid
- Manual send, pause, resume, and cancel on the order screen
- Reminder copy in the order language with Polylang or WPML
- HPOS compatible, built on WooCommerce's own Action Scheduler
