What it does
Clients ask the same questions because the answers live in a PDF you emailed once. Client Knowledge Portal gives each client a private workspace on your Wix site: their files, their conversations, and an assistant that answers from your documents.
Site members sign in with their Wix account and land in their own space. Upload contracts, guides, and notes; the assistant grounds its answers in that material instead of improvising.
